Being a leader is so much more than just being a boss. In order to keep your team on track you need to follow these five leadership strategies. First, be clear. No leader can be effective without first being able to give clear direction to their staff. Next up, reward your staff. If a staff member comes up with a better way of doing something, don’t become threatened, instead reward them. You absolutely have to be open to innovation. Find a better way of doing things and open up new opportunities. Don’t be scared to check productivity and learn from what worked and what didn’t. Last but not least, be positive.
