Andrew Jeffers has held positions in private Australian and UK companies. Besides that, he’s also been involved with Australian unlisted public entities operating on a global basis. His skillset includes mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, valuations, board representation, financial control, start-up ventures, and company secretarial.
He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Sydney, a Master of Commerce from Macquarie University, a Master of Science from Westminster University, and is also a Certified Practicing Accountant. In addition to those educational and professional accomplishments, Andrew Jeffers is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries.
