Kellie Egan has over 15 years of experience in HR. She’s been part of teams that are widely recognised through various write-ups and awards. Most notable is being part of Atlassian and Wavelength, which have been named among the Top 5 of Great Places to Work in Australia. Kellie’s had the pleasure to present at numerous global events, sharing her insights of the companies she’s worked for and how HR leaders can play critical roles in creating amazing workplace cultures.

Kellie’s key objective is the creation of workplace cultures where people do the best work of their lives. Among her specialties include developing leaders of all levels, building great workplace cultures, and ensuring fair outcomes with performance management cases. She received her education at the Australian Graduate School of Management. Her activities in school included coaching and volunteer work for Reach Foundation and playing Volleyball.
