Lisa Annese became Chief Exective Officer for Diversity Council Australia back in 2014. Since then, she’s contributed to the public debate on issues that include paid parental leave, gender pay equity, women in leadership, workplace flexibility, and more. Before her appointment, Lisa served as DCA’s Programs & Member Services Director. In that role she gave advice and education to DCA members to help improve diversity management. Other past roles include being a Diversity Practitioner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and a co-author of the book, “Chief Executive Unplugged: CEOs Get Real About Women in the Workplace.”
