Connect with Megan Donnelley:

Megan has spent her entire career on the front line of many diverse and pioneering business models. She was one of the founding team members of Car Next Door, taking peer-to-peer car-sharing from a single suburb in Sydney to a national network, and developing the systems and processes to accelerate its scale. Prior to this, she helped establish Fishburners foundations as Australia’s largest co-working space for tech startups securing sponsorship, and developing both internal programs and external partnerships to maximise the support for the community of early stage startups. She has accumulated a unique understanding of how lean startup and design thinking practices work in both tech startup teams, and large corporate environments that pose a different set of challenges.

As CEO of RadFrame, she is equipping corporate innovators with the know-how and tools to get great ideas to market faster and more efficiently.

Her passion also extends to social enterprise. She is a Director on Palmera’s board helping the team to increase the number of people with access to sustainable livelihoods. Prior to this she founded the RARE Program (Remote and Rural Enterprise) at the University of Sydney which supports remote and indigenous social enterprise, and worked closely with private and public sector organisations to develop a social impact measurement framework. She continues to mentor postgraduate students in the Social Entrepreneurship course at USYD.
