Peter has worked as an Agile coach is both large organisations and smaller growing startups to help them adopt agile ways of working. He specialises in organisational transformation and has worked with C level executives through to delivery teams to embrace an agile mindset. Working with both technology and non-technology teams in industries ranging from tech through to traditional bricks and mortar businesses he focuses on establishing a belief in the agile mindset. This approach allows teams to draw on a wide range of tools and techniques from disciplines such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Lean and Systems Thinking based on the problems they are really trying to solve.
