Sticking to your 90-day plan and staying motivated can be a challenge, it’s true.
My suggestion is to have weekly or even daily goals and to keep a chart on your desk or your computer where you can mark off the tasks you have completed. Schedule yourself a reward – either a shopping spree or a meal out. You can do this monthly if it keeps you on track to reaching those longer-term milestones. If you’re finding it all too much, there’s no shame in revisiting and revising your goals.
