Defining your roles and responsibilities is key to a successful work partnership. Secondly, make sure you set work and personal hours. It’s important not to talk business over dinner. In fact, go as far to pretend that you don’t work together. Ask your partner how their day was and be supportive. Last but not least, create your own space. Just because you work together doesn’t mean you have to be together all day long.
